Welcome to Old Skull Customs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services, including digital models, 3D printed physical items, and custom commission work. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Orders

We offer both digital files (STL) and physical 3D-printed resin products. All physical items are manufactured on demand. We strive to display the colors and details of our products accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of 3D printing and hand-painting.

All prices are listed in EUR/USD and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.

3. Commission Work

Custom commission work requires clear communication and agreement on project scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins.

An upfront deposit may be required to secure your slot in our schedule.
Exclusivity: If you purchase an "Exclusive" commission, we will not resell the digital file or physical copies to other customers. If "Non-Exclusive" is selected, Old Skull Customs retains the right to sell the design in our catalog.
Once production (printing/painting) has started, major design changes may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital files, designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Old Skull Customs unless otherwise stated. Digital files (STLs) purchased from us are for strictly personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, share, distribute, or cast molds of our files or the physical prints without explicit written permission.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Old Skull Customs is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (digital files and custom-made physical items), all sales are generally final.

Digital Files: No refunds or exchanges are accepted once the file has been downloaded.
Physical Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
Commissions: Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
